Record Patient Satisfaction Scores
Jennersville Regional Hospital patients have let us know that all of our hard work is paying off by giving our patient care record setting scores in many areas of patient satisfaction and the government’s Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. With the initial data now available for the fourth quarter of 2011, we’re proud to say that our patients gave us higher scores in all ten of the summary categories over the same time frame in 2010. Since we’re shooting for the equivalent of an A and A+ versus a B or B+, the scores indicate that more and more people are very satisfied with all aspects of their hospitalization. The graph below summarizes what’s called “Top Box” (A and A+) results from 4th Quarter 2011 versus 4th Quarter 2010:
When you add up the very satisfied with those who were satisfied, the percentages climb even higher.
