To assure that Jennersville Regional Hospital is continuing to meet the needs of this community, we are always evaluating the care provided by the hospital and staff. We use quality standards established by state and national organizations, such as the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Our internal standards are set and implemented by administration, the medical staff and our employees. Jennersville Regional Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, a highly regarded national organization, and is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Visiting Hours: 

  • Medical/Surgical Unit - Family members and friends are welcome to visit patients on our Medical/Surgical Unit from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
  • Intensive Care Unit - Visiting hours for the ICU are from 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in 15 minute intervals. Adolescents and children are not permitted in the ICU.
  • The Women's Center - Please inquire with the nursing staff by calling 610-869-1234.

Smoke-Free Campus.  Starting January 1, 2007, Jennersville Regional Hospital is smoke free both inside and out! The new policy prohibits smoking on the Hospital’s property thus eliminating the established outside smoking areas and restricting smoking in the parking lots and vehicles.  Smoking in the Hospital’s interior has been prohibited for many years.

Cafeteria Services. We operate a self-service cafeteria that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Visitors can enjoy their meal in our comfortable dining room or use takeout packaging in order to dine with a patient. Vending machines offer microwaveable meals, snacks and beverages 24-hours a day.

Customer Service. If you have questions or needs that are not being addressed by your care team, you may contact the hospital's Customer Service line at (610) 869-1220, or dial extension 1220 from one of the hospital telephones. The role of Customer Service is to ensure that the hospital is continuing to meet your needs and to intervene on your behalf in any situation.

Patient Surveys. Another way to make your views known is to participate in the patient satisfaction telephone survey, which you may receive after you return home. We review these responses carefully and consider changes in hospital procedures or services based on your feedback.
