• From US Route 41 in Delaware - Travel north through Avondale. Bear right at the fork in the road where Route 41 and Old Baltimore Pike split. Follow Route 41 another mile to the US Route 1 bypass. Take US Route 1 South. Go two exits to the Route 796 exit. Turn left onto 796 South. Turn right at the first traffic light (Red Rose Inn is on your right). Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately one mile ahead on the left.
  
• From Route 7 in Delaware - Travel north to Route 41, follow through Avondale. Bear right at the fork in the road where Route 41 and Old Baltimore Pike split. Follow Route 41 another mile to the US Route 1 bypass. Take US Route 1 South. Go two exits to the Route 796 exit. Turn left onto 796 South. • From Route 896 - Travel north on 896. At the fork in the road bear right (Route 796). The Penn London Elementary School is on your right. Follow Route 796 to the intersection of  796 and West Baltimore Pike. The Red Rose Inn is straight ahead of you at the intersection. Turn left on West Baltimore Pike. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately one mile ahead on the left. 
  
• From the Maryland state line - Travel north on US Route 1. Take the Route 896 exit. Turn left onto 896 South. Turn left at the first traffic light. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately two miles ahead on the right. 
  
• From Baltimore, MD - Travel north on Interstate 95. Take the Rising Sun exit, and head north on Route 272. Take the Route 1 North exit. Follow Route 1 to the 896 exit. Turn left onto 896 South. Turn left at the first traffic light. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately two miles ahead on the right. 
  
• From Route 30 in Lancaster County - Take Route 41 south through Cochranville to Route 796. Turn right on Route 796 and progress four miles to the traffic light.
