• From US Route 41 in Delaware - Travel north through Avondale. Bear right at the fork in the road where Route 41 and Old Baltimore Pike split (There is a traffic light at this intersection with a WAWA on the left and a Walgreens on the right.) Follow Route 41 another mile to the US Route 1 bypass. Take US Route 1 South. Go two exits to the Route 796 exit. Turn left onto 796 South. Turn right at the first traffic light. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately one mile ahead on the left. To use the Hospital’s new Main Entrance or the Surgery Center entrance; take the first driveway into the Hospital complex. Those needing the Emergency Department should use the second entrance with the third entrance dedicated for Medical Office Building.
• From Route 202 - Travel south on US Route 1. Take the Route 796 exit. Turn left onto 796 South. Turn right at the first traffic light. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately one mile ahead on the left. To use the Hospital’s new Main Entrance or the Surgery Center entrance, take the first driveway into the Hospital complex. Those needing the Emergency Department should use the second entrance with the third entrance dedicated for Medical Office Building.
• From Route 896 - Travel north on 896. At the fork in the road bear right (Route 796). The Penn London Elementary School is on your right. Follow Route 796 to the intersection of  796 and West Baltimore Pike. Turn left on West Baltimore Pike. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately one mile ahead on the left. To use the Hospital’s new Main Entrance or the Surgery Center entrance; take the first driveway into the Hospital complex. Those needing the Emergency Department should use the second entrance with the third entrance dedicated for Medical Office Building.
• From the Maryland state line - Travel north on US Route 1. Take the Route 896 exit. Turn left onto 896 South. Turn left at the first stop sign onto West Baltimore Pike. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately two miles ahead on the right.The new Main Entrance and Surgery Center entrance is accessible from the third driveway into the Hospital complex. The first is for the Medical Office Building and the second provides direct access to the Emergency Department.
• From Baltimore, MD - Travel north on Interstate 95. Take the Rising Sun exit, and head north on Route 272. Take the Route 1 North exit and follow the direction list above.
• From Route 30 in Lancaster County - Take Route 41 south through Cochranville to Route 796. Turn right on Route 796 and progress four miles to the traffic light. Turn right at the traffic light onto West Baltimore Pike. Jennersville Regional Hospital is approximately one mile ahead on the left.To use the Hospital’s new Main Entrance or the Surgery Center entrance; take the first driveway into the Hospital complex. Those needing the Emergency Department should use the second entrance with the third entrance dedicated for Medical Office Building.
