Dietary & Nutritional Services are provided to patients with a physician's order. Our Clinical Dietician works closely with our clinical staff to provide nutrition education and information to our patients. For visitors, we have a self-service cafeteria that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals and 24 hour vending machines.
Pharmacy Services: Our inpatient pharmacy is committed to the individual needs of each patient. During your stay at Jennersville Regional Hospital, our highly skilled pharmacists routinely check and process new medication orders, verify and dispense medications, and promote safe medication practices. Medication information is available to you, your family members, or your caregiver.
Inpatient Services: Med/Surg West and Telemetry East are comprised of a fully-staffed and equipped nurses' stations along with ALL private patient rooms. The spacious rooms are either newly constructed or recently renovated and are equipped with cable television and telephones.
Private Duty provides community members with assistance in the activities of daily living. After carefully evaluating the situation, our nursing staff and personal care assistants will work together to implement a care plan that is tailored to the patient's needs. Respiratory Therapy: Improving a patient's respiratory function is the primary responsibility of our Respiratory Therapy department. Under the direction of a pulmonologist, our specially skilled staff of respiratory therapists perform pulmonary function assessments and respiratory treatments either on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
Intensive Care Unit: We operate a modern, technologically advanced inpatient intensive care unit for patients with life-threatening conditions. Each patient is cared for in a private room furnished with sophisticated monitoring equipment. The critical care unit is staffed by highly skilled registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and an expert medical staff.
Volunteer Services: We rely on more than 160 volunteers from the communities we serve to assist in a variety of duties within the hospital. These include escort services, clerical duties, patient care services, and special projects.
